One Thumb Screw (thread depth approx. 43mm)

Seat base frame tube inserts into the circular recess in the plastic block (you may need to take off the plastic end cap on the seat tube)
Thumb screw inserts through the rounded rectangular hole (Hole allows lateral displacement over the rail nut over the rail insert nut (stainless steel or brass plate with threaded hole)
