What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?


We currently offer free pickup from our Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne warehouses. Delivery is also available to the following locations at the prices listed (note prices are subject to change).For additional locations please contact us for a shipping quote.
Prices valid for METRO areas only, and will be added upon checkout. And these prices are for standard sized kayaks. Large kayaks are Up to $400 shipping. Prices for small kayaks:
– Perth $65
– Melbourne $65
– Adelaide $100
– Sydney $160
– Canberra $160
– Brisbane $200

Prices to regional and remote –  the web site will give you a price. If your postcode is not valid please contact us –  means we need to do a special quote on freight

Please note: in store pickup is for items that are in stock in the store you have chosen. When ordering for in store pickup please check with to to make sure that our partner has the stock.


We ship standard accessories for $9 (per shipment) for most capital cities and usually $12 for other destinations. Items classified as Bulky, such as trolleys, ship usually for $18 – $65 to capital cities, more to other destinations.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay using any major credit card, including Visa and Mastercard, via PayPal though our secure checkout (note you do not need a PayPal account for these transaction).

How long will delivery take?

Shipping times vary depending on location and provider, and we try to select the most efficient service for your order. Please allow 6 business days (9 business days if you are remote or not in a capital city) from dispatch prior to contacting us.You will be provided a tracking number once the shipment is lodged.

PLEASE NOTE –  due to current overload and Covid issues , most couriers are taking much longer than quoted times to complete deliveries. 


How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The website is secured with a validated SSL certificate for your security.To confirm this, note the ‘https’ prefix in the address bar (top left of screen), and ‘Secure’ icon from your browser (in Google Chrome, this is displayed to the left of the address bar).

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing an order, you will received an order confirmation email (and receipt).We endeavor to dispatch orders next business day where possible.Tracking numbers for shipping will be provided if applicable.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

A tax invoice will automatically be emailed to the address you provide during the checkout process.
