Surge Rudder Sleeve with bar (Metal Insert)

This is a metal sleeve that fits into a hole in Surges’ Snapper and Drummer Skis. Once fitted this allows a Trailing (or pop up rudder) to be fitted securely onto the ski, rotate smoothly without wear and tear and still be easily removed.
